For Visitors with Mobility Needs
All entrances are step-free, and there are lifts to every floor. Accessible toilets are located throughout the building. A limited number of wheelchairs and mobility scooters are available to borrow for free; booking in advance is recommended. There are also accessible parking spaces which can be booked 24 hours in advance.
For Blind and Partially Sighted Visitors
Large-print guides are available for exhibitions. Tate also offers audio-described tours and touch tours for specific displays, which should be booked in advance.
For Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Visitors
Induction loops are fitted at all ticket and information desks. British Sign Language (BSL) tours are available for some exhibitions and collection displays.
Quiet Room
A quiet room is available for neurodiverse visitors or anyone who needs a calm space away from the galleries. It is located on Level 4 of the Natalie Bell Building.
